What did you pay attention to?

You can focus on all the ads that you buy, how much sales you are getting and so on and so forth. I will still tell you, you are focusing on the wrong things. If you focused on your segmentation, made a tough decision on your target and then your position, you are halfway there in getting it right. The next step would be on your marketing objectives.
