Can doing really be the answer?

Sometimes no. Sometimes you hit a brick wall. You come to a dead end. But because you are doing, you have inertia. The momentum keeps you going even when you are seemingly at a dead end. The motion squeezes out your brain juice. You become creative. You start working on new solutions from these dead ends. These motions create a virtuous cycle. It gives you confidence. Confidence changes the story you tell yourself. The story you tell yourself changes the state. That state of mind gives you a better strategy.

It’s much better than letting worries and anxieties simmer in the pot in your head. Eventually that simmering burns a hole in your pot.
