In my experience, I have to say this is true. So too
many marketing directors and managers who can’t say what their marketing strategy is. And one can extend this to communications strategy and so on and
so forth.
Strategy is such a nice management soundbite to use in meetings, everyone loves to use it, but few truly knows what it is and the definition for it.
