I was re-reading “What makes an Effective Executive?” by Peter Drucker. It’s a good reminder that the effective executive asks, “What needs to be done?” and take the question further by asking “What needs to be done now?” In case you are a manager or an owner and you think this is only talking about your employee, it is also targeted at management.
