When all the data boils down to is that one or two actions that matter, I start to question if we are being too simplistic in our approach to the human psyche.
Think through
the purchase decisions you made this week. What does it reveal about you that a
machine will never be able to pick up?
Eventually connecting
will matter. Connecting means empathy and that leads to trust.
