Number 1, you
have business and operational issues that you have not solved and these will
affect your marketing. A brand can only deliver good experience when the back-end
issues are solved.
Number 2, you
have a weak marketing plan. The marketing plan delivers the brand to the consumer.
Without a good marketing plan to deliver the brand into the consumers’ hands;
you brand is a lame horse.
