What’s the closest to what you like?



One of the worst client comments an agency can get is this, “I know what I want when I see it.”

Here’s what you can do as a client and avoid saying that. Show your agency what’s the closest to what you have in mind. Point to a certain direction, show some pictures, describe the feelings, pull out what others have done that is close to what you have in mind.

Yes, work is involved. Yes, clients have to work too.
