Are you hitting your targets?



When you aren’t hitting your financial figures, no amount of slicing and dicing your Excel sheets will help you meet those figures. I am not saying you should not analyze where to cut and make those strategic decisions. What I am saying is that, eventually those revenue figures on the Excel sheets comes from selling something - whatever it is that your company sells.
