Not a trick question. You already know this. So you talk less.
Ever been to a meeting where everyone feels
so compelled to give their opinions? Even if they have nothing better to say
and the only reason they are even saying something is because the boss is
there.
Here’s a suggestion. Learn to listen. The
more you listen, the more you learn and the experience can teach you when to
speak up and when to shut up.
Especially, in meetings.
