What is right?


I hear this very often in marketing, branding and communications plan or tactic meetings. “There is no wrong or right.” First off, there is a wrong or right. There are benchmarks we can measure with, best practices we can follow, experience we can lean on to get the right answer. Even if, that is even if I agree there is no wrong or right, there is always a better answer. We need to be courageous enough to be held accountable for our work. “There is no wrong or right” is a cop out answer to move forward so that you can’t be held accountable later.
