I think “Why it irritates you?” is a better question to ask. Irritants are invites to look into the mirror. To what is wrong with us. Not what is wrong with the world.

would suggest that - the things that irritate you the most could very well be because they act as a reminder that you
have weaknesses that you are aware but unwilling and unable to change.
No
one can irritate you unless you give them permission. If you accept that you
cannot change others but you can change yourself, then “what” is not as important as “why.”
You
irritating yourself with that nagging personal idiosyncrasy? That bad habit?
That, there is no escape.
