In the process of invention, most inventors goes thorough a process of asking who the invention is for? What challenges does it solve? What is the proposed solution? They test out the proposed solution then ask themselves if it can be further improved.
Sounds to me much like marketing.
So marketing like inventing is a creative endevour.
So, are you a marketer who expects inventions coming from R&D department only? And say to your agency that it’s a creative challenge?
