Whenever fear shows up in the things you want to embark on, list down all the emotions you are going through. Don’t just let fear show up. Amongst all the emotions you are capable of; there will be a few others; most often excitement will be there. Courage too, because it often does, just by the existence of the idea you want to embark on. List your skills too that you need in order to see success in what you want to do, where fear has appeared. Once you are done with this list, number them. You will probably realize that fear isn’t that up front. It only appears so because you have given it attention. Plus, the skills you have will likely melt fear away anyway.
