Don’t let small things irritate you the whole day. Or week, month, year. Sure, it is simple but not easy. But it can be done through mindfulness and constant practice.

rejected the quotation? Don’t let it spoil the good lunch you will have with
your favourite colleague.
Your angtsy teen
giving you the cold shoulder? Don’t let it chill the favorite curry your mom
cooked for you.
Everything
has an expiry date. These small things (and in hindsight everything will be a
small thing), let them expire quickly. The past shouldn’t spoil the future.
