If you are a micro brand now, take the time to enjoy being small for now. I am not encouraging you to stay small. I am saying enjoy this moment of growth. You don’t have to act big. You just have to be you. At some point you will be bigger and you will never be able to act and talk like this anymore.
At this stage, you can endear your customers to you by
being personal. You can say “I”; you can apologize and say sorry and explain
what happened, don’t talk like a company, speak like you. Attract them and get
them to help you grow. You can email a note as if you are writing to a friend,
and soon they will become fans.
It’s OK not to sound big for now.
