The lockdown has created even more of what I would call
nano brands. Brands that are even smaller than microbrands. You probably run them out of your home and while you have scaled up, you are still using non-industrial equipment to make your products. You want your brand to be big. Sure dream big dreams, but start with multiple small actions to build your
business so it can eventually become a micro brand.
Build your fan base. You probably already know this and using all the
digital media channels now. Look for people who really care about you and what
you make. Build a relationship with them. They will help you spread your name
because they care.
Don’t expect to get big and famous overnight. Instead
think about how you can grow a small number of true fans and loyal users.
How small are you now?
