Most
entrepreneurs are shy talking about money when securing business. It’s because
they feel if you talk about money too early, clients will conclude that you are
more into making money than taking care of their interests. So they shy away
from dealing with the dollars and cents instead of what makes business sense.
Eventually
you will come to it. So it is better to talk about money up-front and early. That’s
how people know you mean business.
If it’s a
good client, they will know it is part of the drill. It will be part of the
deal, anyway. The more you
talk about money up-front and early, the better you will get at it.
