In my
opinion, two stages of learning are the toughest for business owners. “Unconscious
incompetence” where they don’t know what they don’t know. So they muddle
through it all and are too stubborn to learn. Then they reach stage three which
is “Conscious competence”, which takes lots of hard work and practice to be
good at something say like marketing. But they get too tired, lazy and egoistic
to do what it takes.
