What might cause you problems when you ship?


Have someone work on this as part of the marketing plan, from highly probable scenarios to unlikely ones and how to solve them. Some will definitely come true. Others will not. Some you never expected.

For the unexpected ones, you would at least have someone who has gotten quite good at thinking about the solutions to problems.
