It’s only a burden if you feel it weighs heavier than you can manage. It wouldn’t be a burden if you can carry it lightly. Any challenging task must therefore put you under some form of stress. But hoist that weight often enough eventually you become strong enough not to perceive it as a burden. Suddenly, it’s not a burden anymore. Of course, we know it didn’t just happen suddenly.
