How can it be done better?

Don’t just criticize. When you pass feedback, always make it a habit to say how it can be better. Better yet, show people how it can be better. Then it is not just empty talk. Too many people can poke holes in anything that is done or presented. But hardly know how to do the whole damn thing themselves.
