A profitable brand doesn’t have to be big. Well, you can choose to be big if you want to. But most entrepreneurs would want a profitable brand first because that ensures a good foundation to build on. If you want to be a profitable brand, there is a way to make that calculation. Do the math on how much you need to sell to cover your cost and how many people you need to convince to be your customer. It may be easier than you think, it may cost a lot more than you imagine. But at least you will have that answer.
