When was the last time you wrote?


If you can’t sleep, is too distracted, too stressed, too many things on your mind, have disturbing thoughts, etc. Try writing, no not the novel fiction kind of writing. But writing all your thoughts down kind of writing. See what calming effects it has.

You don’t even need it to be grammatically correct or spelt properly. There are no formats. Just write down what comes to mind. That’s it. Keep going till you have nothing else to write. Or come back to it if you missed something.
