First, stop thinking about “motivation” and how you need to be motivated to do the things that needs to get done.
Once you stop
that thinking, which essentially is cooking up a bunch of excuses, then start
doing whatever you need to get done.
It’s not fun,
it’s not even half good. But you would have done it. Then keep that momentum.
As you move, motivation will arise.
