Are you getting enough sleep?


Don’t worry about getting fit if you aren’t even healthy. Start with eating a healthier diet, sleep enough, then do some regular walking. It impacts your work, it impacts the way you treat people.
 
Your irritability and stress isn’t caused by your co-workers.
It’s caused by your lack of sleep.
Do the world a favour. Get some sleep.
