Is
the market you should be selling to. Now your organization may have very fancy
names for it. Most times, most people call them the target market. Doesn’t
matter what you call them, what matters is you reach them and they are willing
to hear your story.
The
more important criterion after answering “who needs you most?”, is really “who is
also looking out for you?”. Who needs you most, needs a lot of convincing
because they may not know they need you. Who is also looking out for you, needs
no convincing. They are sold, they are just looking out for the person who is
selling it.
