When someone asks you to change, it always seems negative. As if the current version of you is not good enough.
When you feel
you need to change, your ego anchors you. You realize you have to admit that
you made some mistakes.
It’s tough to
think about changing.
One way you
can deal with this is to think about it as growth.
Growing to be
better, upgrading to a better version.
