People who make you uneasy. You don’t really disrespect them. It’s also not that you don’t trust them. You just can’t pin point what it is that makes you feel a certain negativity. You end up describing them as shrewd or cunning. But what it is, is an uneasiness. They add nothing to the equation in a meeting save for some management sound bites, they take no initiatives save for commenting on initiatives others take or comment and criticize what others have done. They don’t thoroughly lack intellect but what little intelligence they have isn't great. It’s this uneasiness that makes you uncomfortable.
Learn to let it
sink in and add nothing to comments these people make. If it is directed at
you, learn to equally give management sound bite answers.
