How should you start?

Start where you should start, with some basics and some assumptions. Then be ready to ship it out. Perhaps, your first prototype may even suck, but that is fine. The important thing right now is to get it out. You want momentum. The adage fire, ready, aim is applicable here. Launch it, get the feedback, then quickly fix and relaunch a newer better version. That’s one way to stay ahead of the curve.
