When things
stop to work for you, it is time to start experimenting. It’s time to start
poking around to see what works. But experimentation costs effort, time and
importantly money. Most companies fail to find new solutions because when
things stop working, they start cutting back. Cutting back leads to the lack of
resources to find new solutions; new solutions that only come from experimentations.
What’s your
true cost of not experimenting?
