Sometimes it is wiser to just walk away than to try and explain yourself to a person whose level is not there yet to grasp certain concepts.
You can’t get a primary school kid to understand a differential equation. When her math level reaches that level, she would understand.
You can’t reason with a teen why as a parent you refuse to buy him a motorbike. When he becomes a parent, he would understand.
You can’t reason with the brand manager why her suggestions are wasting everyone’s time because she doesn’t have more than 10 years of experience yet. When she is a marketing manager, perhaps she would understand.
What would you get?
