Every now and then we need to educate some people about certain new processes or medium or whatever.
Inevitably,
you will get a lot of objections and resistance even if you are just there to
inform and no money ever enters my pocket from theirs.
What I
suspect is this; their ego is telling them to resist and object
because to accept requires some form of confession that they did not know this,
what they knew was wrong, they have to change (and we all know change isn’t
comfortable), and perhaps even how little they knew.
Demand that
your ego stand down. It is preventing you from learning.
